ABOUT CYPRUS

The Island of Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean with 340 days of glorious sunshine – what more could one want! Hence it is a magnet for British holiday makers and home buyers alike.

The British influence is clearly obvious in Cyprus as all street names and road signs are in both Greek and English. Electricity is 240v and driving is on the left. Over 90% of the population speaking English.

Cyprus caters for all tastes, there are excellent shopping centres in the larger cities, picturesque mountain villages with breathtaking scenery and great nightlife in the coastal resorts.

CLIMATE  

The Cyprus summer is long and warm. Winter is usually short and mild. For these reasons Cyprus has become a very popular tourist destination and an ideal place to buy a place in the sun as many Europeans are doing.

STANDARD OF LIVING

  Given its very low crime rate approximately 1/6th of the rate in Europe it is no wonder Cyprus is such a popular place for people to relocate to. Living in Cyprus you can expect a good standard of living equal to that of most European countries.

COST OF LIVING
